What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments via PayMongo, AMEX via PayPal Express Checkout, Cash on Delivery, and GCash.

If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request! Please contact us directly at customercare@ourrecess.com to arrange this.

 

What do I do if my card is declined

Your card may have been declined for one of the following reasons:

A typo. You might have typed the wrong card number in. Try entering your card number again.

An expired credit card. If your card hasn’t expired, check to make sure the date was entered right.

A typo in the Card Verification Code (CVC). Triple-check that number and retype it.

Mismatched billing address with the one your bank has on file. Check that your card’s billing address matches what you’ve put into our system.

 

Tried all of the above and still can’t get your card to work?

You may need to contact your bank / credit card provider.
