SHIPPING

When will my order ship out? 

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after they are placed. It can sometimes take an additional 2 to 3 business days during peak holiday season, *extrabusy* sales periods, or in cases of any unforeseen natural calamities or Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ).

Once your order ships, you should receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number to let you know it’s on the way! Didn’t receive a shipment notification email yet? Email us at customercare@ourrecess.com and we’ll look into it.

How long does shipping take?

The estimated shipping time for all domestic (PH) orders are:

 Metro Manila   1-3 business days 
GMA  5-8 business days 
Luzon  7-10 business days 
Visayas  7-10 business days 
Mindanao  7-10 business days 

 

How much does shipping cost? 

All domestic orders over Php 3999 get free standard shipping. Anything below is charged our flat rate shipping fee of Php 150 per order.

We also offer same day delivery* for orders in Metro Manila at a flat rate of Php 200. Orders must be placed by 12 noon to meet our same day delivery cut-off. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on public holidays will be delivered by the following working day.

Please note that COD payments and free shipping minimum of P3999 does not apply to same day deliveries.

 

Do you ship everywhere in the Philippines?

We ship to all major cities across the Philippines and are looking into how we can expand our reach even further. If your area does not appear on our checkout page, please know that we’re working to bring Recess to you soon.

 

  

I’m having problems with my order tracking. 

Sorry about that! Sometimes our shipping partners take 24 to 48 hours to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us at customercare@ourrecess.com and we’ll look into it for you!

 

I’ve placed my order already. Can I still change my shipping address?

You can, but you need to contact customercare@ourrecess.com immediately. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped out, it won’t be possible it won't be possible for us to ship your order out anymore. Sorry!
