How do I check on the status of my order?

Once your order ships out, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

If you don’t receive this email within 48 hrs from placing your order, please get in touch with us at customercare@ourrecess.com and we’ll sort that out for you.

 

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

I mean, we feel you. But we’re sorry to say that at this time only one discount code can be applied per order.

 

Why is my discount code not working?

The terms and conditions of each promo code may vary.
If your code isn't working, it could be due to the following reasons:

  • You've used it already (it happens).
  • Your order total doesn't meet the minimum order value requirement.
  • You're trying to purchase items that are excluded from the promotion.
  • You're attempting to use more than one promo code. You can only use one code at a time.
  • Your promo code is no longer valid.

How can I change or cancel my order?

We do our best to process your orders as soon as they’re placed. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us at customercare@ourrecess.com right away, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your order is shipped.

 

I don’t see the option to self-cancel an order. How can I cancel my order?

How do gift cards work?

Your gift card will automatically be sent to the email address used to checkout. It is sent as a link in an email, so if you want to send it on to another person or address you can either forward the email, or share the link with your intended recipient. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery for gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash in part or in full. No expiration date.

 

How do pre-orders work?

You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your pre-order. A separate shipping confirmation will be sent once the pre-order item(s) is ready to ship.

Pre-order item(s) will be shipped within the estimated period specified on its product page. Please note that the marked dates are not guaranteed, as there may be factors outside of our control that could affect said dates.

If your order is a mix of pre-order and in-stock items, your order will ship out all together once the pre-order item is ready to go. In case you want certain items sooner than the pre-order pieces, we recommend starting a separate order for in-stock items so you can get them to your doorstep asap.
